The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful stay. The nearby grassy area was perfect for my dog.

We faced an issue with our outside door not opening with the key card, which was a hassle as we had to walk around to access our room.

We stayed for three nights while attending the annual Dogwood Azalea festival. The breakfast was decent with coffee, Cinnabon bites, and fresh fruit. The room had a leak in the ceiling and a stale odor, but the location was convenient to our activities. We appreciated the effort to make up our beds after calling, even if it was a bit late.

Staff were accommodating enough to change our room, but cleanliness issues persisted, making it a frustrating experience overall. Fresh croissants were a highlight during breakfast, but maintenance seemed severely lacking throughout the hotel.
